I’m a highly motivated, people person with high expectations.  I am very dedicated to finishing whatever I start.

I admire Teresa Carlson.  Teresa is dedicated to perfection and mindful of details.  She gives more than she expects and always thinks of her family and others before herself.  She is very good at her position in the company and always takes into consideration others benefits when making decisions.

The same thing that is the worst part of my position with the company….being the owner!
