Mold/Mildew Removal
Return to Services
It only takes 24 to 48 hours for mold to grow after a water intrusion.
Mold can be detected by a visual inspection and testing. Mold growth is most common inside cabinets, behind drywall and baseboards, around plumbing fixtures, window sills, basements and crowded spaces. Usually areas that have suffered floor or water damage or a plumbing leak.
If you can answer "yes" to any of the following questions, you may want to have your building tested for mold.
- Can you see a substance that you suspect is mold?
- Is there a musty smell?
- Are there visible signs of water damage?
- Does the building have constant moisture or poor circulation?
- Has the building ever had a roof, plumbing, or basement leak?
- Has the building ever had a sink or sewer overflow?
- Has the building ever had other water problems?
